Whether it’s a live public event or corporate conference; a road show or product launch; a world premiere, royal wedding or celebrity party; EFM will work to detailed international production schedules, co-ordinate with multiple suppliers, event organisers and production teams to bring our freighting and logistical expertise and experience to the party.

EFM’s services to the international world of events include organising road transport, air and sea freight of equipment, fixing passenger and cargo charter aircraft, the hire and purchase of shipping containers for transportation and on-site storage needs, arranging cranes, forklifts, labour and operators at venues, the collection, storage and return of flight cases and packing crates, preparation of complicated customs documentation, ATA Carnets, for smooth customs clearance in and out of a host of diverse countries and arranging luggage vans to and from airports, hotels and venues. EFM staff are often spotted on-site in all corners of the globe at major events working closely with customers to ensure a seamless logistical operation.

From transporting cars for road shows across the Middle East, to handling the door to door movement and customs brokerage for production equipment from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA, China, Dubai and beyond, to Saudi Arabia for a University inauguration event, via 9 x 747 charter aircraft, 250 tons of scheduled airfreight, sea freight and trucks, and back again; from a man in a van to pick up a PA system in Boston on a Friday for a Saturday night party in New York to a multi-truck road show across Australia; from a series of sea freight containers and 30+ tons of airfreight to a private party in the Bahamas to the chilling and distribution of 4.2 million cans for the launch by a major international drinks brand of their new soft drink across the UK in 4 days and a major 3 year international touring promotional campaign for the launch of a new brand covering all continents, EFM has the logistical experience to assist.
