Christina Aguilera: what a girl wantsAdded October 29th, 2010 EFM were appointed to handle the freighting for a series of Christina Aguilera live performances, moving her production equipment though a number of tight moves in tricky locations. Christina kicked off with a move of her production into London for the Africa Rising Festival at the Royal Albert Hall – a six song set, involving 3 costume changes, which was Christina’s first proper performance since giving birth. Immediately after her final song – Fighter, EFM carefully packed, loaded and transported her equipment via road to Kiev, where it was met by one of EFM’s Project Managers who had flown in from the EFM Dubai office to wait for the truck to arrive and who ensured a safe delivery to the Kiev venue. Following two back-to-back headlining shows in Kiev, the equipment, including a fragile custom-build staircase, was loaded onto an aircraft especially chartered by EFM, and bound for Abu Dhabi ready for the next show, where the flight was met on arrival by Dylan Owen (Regional Director of EFM Middle East). All 17,000 kilos of production equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition in all locations. |
